Put it on last
After perfume, lotion and hairspray have dried. Alcohol and oils are what dull a plated finish faster than anything else.

Before you sleep, shower, swim or exercise. Chlorine, salt water and sweat are all harder on a finish than ordinary daily wear.

The story
About Meander
Wheat chain is four strands plaited into a rope that is round in section and dense enough to feel like a single cord, and it is what gives this bracelet its weight in the hand. The chain is entirely silver-tone; all of the gold-tone is at the front, in the buckle, so the two colours do not fight.
The buckle is the piece's whole ornament — a hoop, a tongue and a long plate with the key pattern cut through it — and it fastens with a hook, so the bracelet goes on and comes off with one hand. It is a chain with a clasp for a front, in the tradition of the sailor's bracelet, and it wears like one.
