Orders
An order is placed when your payment goes through at checkout. We confirm it by email straight away and let you know if anything about availability or delivery needs to change before dispatch.
Pricing
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of all taxes, and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout when you pay is what applies.
Payment
All orders are prepaid; we do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payment is taken at checkout by card, UPI or net banking through Razorpay, our payment partner. Your card and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
Product Information
We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and availability accurate. Occasionally an item may be listed in error or go out of stock — if that affects your order, we'll let you know before confirming it.
