Is this alcohol-free?

Yes. Our fragrances are non-alcoholic oil-based formulations, made to be worn directly on skin.

How long will it last on me?

Longer on moisturised skin than on dry skin, and longer on fabric than on skin — that difference is bigger than the difference between most fragrances. Where we know a scent's wear time, it is listed in the scent profile above.

Will it suit sensitive skin?

These are formulated to be worn on skin, but any fragrance can react. Patch-test on the inner arm and leave it a few hours before wearing it fully.

How do I place an order?

Add what you want to the cart and pay at checkout by card, UPI or net banking through Razorpay. All orders are prepaid — we do not offer Cash on Delivery — and your confirmation is emailed to you as soon as the payment goes through.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment. Delivery time after that depends on your location; we email you the tracking details the moment the parcel is with the courier.

Atyaab is a woody mukhallat non-alcoholic perfume for men and women, moving from saffron and clove through a rose-patchouli heart into oud, sandalwood and musk. It is drier and less sweet than most Arabian blends, which makes it easier to wear in daylight. Suited to daily wear, evenings and prayer.

Getting the most from it

How to apply it

Small things that change how long it lasts and how it reads on you.

Moisturise first
Fragrance clings to hydrated skin and evaporates fast off dry skin. An unscented moisturiser on the pulse points before you apply buys you noticeably more wear.

Apply to pulse points
Inner wrists, the base of the throat, behind the ears and the inner elbows. These run warm, and that warmth is what lifts the scent through the day.

Never rub it in
Rubbing your wrists together crushes the top notes and shortens the whole arc. Apply, then let it dry down on its own.

Store it away from light
Heat and sunlight break down a fragrance oil. A closed drawer or the original box keeps it true for far longer than a windowsill or a bathroom shelf.

The story

About Atyaab

Atyaab takes the traditional mukhallat and dials the sweetness down. Saffron and clove open it with spice rather than sugar, rose and patchouli give the middle body without turning it floral, and the base — oud, sandalwood and musk — is dry, woody and quiet. The result is a blend you can wear at eleven in the morning without announcing yourself.

That restraint is the point. Many oud fragrances are built for occasions only; this one is built for the days in between. It layers well over an unscented moisturiser and holds particularly well on fabric, so a touch on a collar or cuff carries it far longer than skin alone.
